The Ohio Clerk of Courts Association has been an
organization since 1940. The organization exists to assist Clerks in all
counties and to exercise influence in legislation that affects county clerks.
The OCCA holds monthly meetings which serve multiple
purposes. Part of the meeting sessions are to present Ohio Clerks
with innovative solutions for issues, provide information on emerging
technologies or to further educate Clerks in matters that affect their
offices. Another segment of the meeting is to discuss
legislation that may affect Clerks or the counties they live in. The
Ohio Clerk of Courts Association allows County Clerks to provide
legislators with insight to the effects of certain bills. The Ohio Clerk of Courts Association is dedicated to
helping all Clerks provide the best possible service to the citizens in
each county. The Clerk of each county can be found by clicking on
the "Phone List" button to the left.
